COLLEEN BERGSMA, Principal Broker/Owner
With new trends in the ever changing real estate market, you will need the help of a professional real estate agent. I am a member of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Oregon Association of Realtors (OAR) and the Mid-Columbia Association of Realtors (MCAR). I am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and have completed the Accredited Buyer Representative program (ABR).
Because Staging is fast becoming a standard practice in real estate today, I have also invested my time in becoming an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS) in order to provide my sellers with the most up to date advice on preparing their homes for sale. Having been active in the local real estate market for more than 3 decades, from title & escrow to managing a real estate franchise office, I know the area and I know the market. I have been licensed since 1979 and have attended the Certified Real Estate Specialist (CRS) and Graduate of Realtor Instituted (GRI) training. After working for the Oregon Employment Department for almost 20 years while working part time as a real estate broker, I sure have watched numerous changes in the real estate world. Since retiring from the Employment Office, I am back to real estate on a daily basis. I grew up in The Dalles and know the area and the people well, I would be happy to assist you with your real estate needs!

Delores Dunning, a licensed Realtor in Oregon for more than 23 years, is proud to be working with the team at Colleen Bergsma Real Estate. Delores has earned designations for Graduate Residential Institute (GRI), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). She is working on referral only, cooperating with other agents in her team, in order to give the best service possible to her customers and clients.
She currently serves on the Board of The Dalles Chamber of Commerce, twice voted Ambassador of the Year, and remains active in the community and her church. She is married with 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
